With a distinguished career in the healthcare industry, Kim Perry has dedicated her professional expertise to improving health outcomes for communities. Most recently, Kim served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Fairfax Radiology Centers, LLC, where she successfully developed and implemented the organization’s growth, marketing, and communications strategy. Her role encompassed overseeing the brand identity, digital marketing, and advertising efforts, as well as leading a high-performing sales and marketing team. Under her leadership, the department won numerous Healthcare Advertising and Aster Awards from 2015 through 2022 for its standout campaigns.
Before joining Fairfax Radiology, Kim worked with Inova as the Director of Special Events for the Inova Foundation. She led efforts to raise over $3.2 million annually through various fundraising events across the health system, sharing her expertise at several fundraising conferences. During her tenure with the Foundation, she had the privilege of organizing events with top tier entertainment including iconic artists such as Smokey Robinson, Brian Wilson, Aretha Franklin, Kool & The Gang, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and Earth, Wind & Fire. Earlier in her career, Kim supported marketing and communications for Inova Fairfax Hospital, enhancing the hospital's media presence and internal communications.
Beyond her professional career, Kim is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, Fairfax County Region, and co-chairs the annual Fore the Kids Golf Tournament. She also holds leadership roles with the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce, where she will join the board in January 2025 for a three- year term and chair the 2025 Business Awards Gala. Additionally, Kim volunteers regularly with the Fairfax County Community Services Board.
Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus on health communications from James Madison University. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and baking. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and son.
Holly Biller is the President of Key Media & Research (KMR), a leading publisher of industry publications such as USGlass, DWM, AGRR, Window Film, and Paint Protection Film magazines. With more than 25 years of dedication to KMR, Holly has significantly shaped the company's media landscape, playing a pivotal role in its expansion and evolution.
Starting her journey at what was then Key Communications Inc. while still in high school, Holly quickly advanced through various sales and marketing positions. In 2006, she was promoted to Vice President of Media Services, where she led the company’s digital transformation. From developing digital editions and online products to launching video news reports, Holly has been at the forefront of digital innovation within the automotive, architectural, and glass industries.
Holly also serves as the master of ceremonies for the annual Auto Glass Week™ and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™, events she helped plan and grow since their inception. During the pandemic, she orchestrated a fully interactive digital event to support USGlass and GlassCon Global, one of the industry’s most extensive virtual platforms.
In addition to her leadership at KMR, Holly is the namesake of the KMR Holly X. Biller Award for Extraordinary Service—the company’s highest honor. She is also a member of American Business Media’s Women’s Leadership and Networking Council and has received the Silver Mid-Atlantic American Society of Business Publication Editors’ Award for her work on DWM magazine’s webcast series.
Holly earned her bachelor’s of science in speech communication, with a concentration in public relations and minors in business and advertising, from James Madison University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is a proud mother of two sons and the wife of Captain Thomas Biller of Fairfax County Fire & Rescue.
